Entry-Level Chat Assistant (At Home) – No Experience Required, Flexible Hours, Remote

We're looking for entry-level chat support specialists to handle customer conversations for an online gaming company. In this position, you'll keep interactions professional and courteous while addressing customer questions in a timely manner. The ideal candidate genuinely enjoys helping others, pays close attention to details, and feels confident using different messaging platforms.

What you will be doing: Your primary responsibility will be replying to customer messages on live chat channels including YouTube and Twitch. Each day you'll handle customer inquiries, direct people to relevant product information, and let them know about current deals and special offers.

Contract length: Flexible, no set end date

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: You'll need access to a computer, tablet, or smartphone for managing chat conversations and social platforms. The ability to work independently with little oversight is important. Following detailed written guidelines and procedures accurately is essential. You should have at least 5+ hours available weekly. A reliable broadband connection is required.

Hours per week: 5 to 40 hours weekly

Location: Work from home anywhere online, based in the United States.
