Remote Chat Support Associate – Customer Service, Entry Level, No Experience Needed, $25-$35/hr

As a Chat Support Associate, you'll be the main point of contact when customers reach out via email and live chat. Your focus will be on providing friendly, knowledgeable assistance that resolves their issues and answers their questions professionally.

What you will be doing: You'll complete a training period to get up to speed on how things work. Then your typical day involves signing into a chat platform and responding to customer messages, which could cover anything from troubleshooting problems to helping with purchases. You'll have access to helpful documentation with common answers, plus your coworkers are always available if you need help figuring something out.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: You'll need access to a working computer, tablet, or smartphone capable of running web browsers and chat software. Being self-motivated and able to work independently is important. Following structured processes and clear instructions comes naturally to you. You must be able to dedicate at least 8 hours daily and maintain a reliable internet connection.

Hours per day: 8 hours per day

Location: Remote work online, United States preferred.
