Remote Chat Support Specialist – No Experience Needed, Work From Home

We're looking for Entry Level Chat Support Specialists to assist customers with inquiries about products and services.

In this position, you'll respond to customer messages, troubleshoot common issues, and guide users through product features and functionality.

Several openings are available for United States based workers. Given current business needs, entry-level team members start at $30 per hour.

What you'll be doing: You'll work from home on a chat-based support platform, addressing customer inquiries throughout your shift. You'll frequently handle questions about pricing, returns, discounts, and promotional offers.

Full onboarding is provided, and you can begin working within your first day.

Work arrangement: Ongoing flexible schedule with no fixed end date

Pay rate: $30 per hour

What we need from you:

  • A reliable device such as a computer, tablet, or phone that supports chat and internet browsing.
  • Ability to work independently with limited direct oversight.
  • Careful attention to detail when applying company procedures and policies.
  • Availability for a minimum of 10 hours each week.
  • Dependable high speed internet connection at your location.
