Remote Customer Service Representative – Entry Level, No Experience Required

We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding support via live chat! This position lets you help customers discover solutions while playing a key part in business expansion.

What you'll do day-to-day: Your primary focus will be handling live chat messages on websites and social media. You'll tackle customer questions, share helpful product details, and highlight promotions that guide people toward making purchases.

Responsibilities:

• Connect with customers about our product and service offerings
• Identify potential customers and initiate outreach
• Achieve sales targets within the given timeline
• Handle and fix customer issues with professionalism
• Arrange future touchpoints to keep customers in the loop
• Create marketing materials for distribution to prospects

Contract length: Flexible, ongoing with no set end date

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: You'll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer for messaging and social platforms. Ability to work independently without constant oversight. Willingness to follow established procedures and guidelines. A minimum of 5 hours per week you can commit. Reliable, high-speed internet connection is essential.

Hours per week: 5 to 40 hours per week

Location: Work from anywhere with an internet connection, remote only (United States based candidates preferred).
