Remote Customer Operations Associate – Work From Home, Entry Level

What you will be doing: Day-to-day responsibilities include fielding live chat inquiries, resolving customer questions, communicating product benefits, presenting timely promotions, and maintaining friendly, efficient service across various online platforms. 

Contract length: Ongoing, no predetermined end date

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: A working device like a smartphone, tablet, or computer is required to access chat systems and social networks. You'll need to be self-directed and capable of managing your workload independently. Strong organizational skills and the ability to adhere to guidelines are important. A minimum commitment of 5 hours per week and reliable internet connectivity are essential prerequisites. 

Hours per week: 5 to 40 hours weekly, with flexible scheduling options

Location: Fully remote opportunity, candidates based in the United States preferred.
