Remote Customer Support Representative – Chat, Entry Level, Flexible Hours

Are you looking to start your customer support career? This entry-level position offers the chance to build your skills while providing real help to customers across email and live chat. Day-to-day work includes answering customer messages, working closely with team members to learn the ropes, and processing customer requests like returns, new orders, and reorders. You'll also handle important administrative work such as order data entry, creating shipping labels, and managing sample requests.

What you will be doing: Your primary focus will be engaging with customers through live chat, responding to their questions as they come in. Most of your time goes toward helping customers resolve issues, whether that's processing a return or setting up a reorder. The position includes full training from day one, so prior experience isn't necessary to get started and succeed.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: You'll need a computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet access to work with chat and messaging systems. The ability to work independently with minimal oversight is important. Detail-oriented approach to following procedures is essential. You should be able to commit at least 5 hours weekly. A reliable internet connection is required.

Hours per week: 5 to 40 hours per week
