We're hiring Customer Service Team Members to handle our growing support needs. Day-to-day work involves processing customer questions across various platforms, including email support, live chat, phone lines, and technical assistance channels.
What you will be doing: You'll engage with customers in real time using our chat interface, answering questions, sharing product details, guiding them toward purchase options, and letting them know about current deals and offers.
Contract length: Ongoing position with flexible commitment
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: A smartphone, tablet, or computer capable of running web chat tools and accessing social media platforms is required. You should be self-directed and able to take initiative without constant check-ins. Attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures carefully are important. A minimum of 5 hours per week availability is needed. Reliable internet connectivity is essential for success in this role.
Hours per week: 5 to 40 hours weekly
Location: Work from anywhere online, fully remote, candidates based in the United States are preferred.
