Skills/background needed: You'll need access to a reliable device like a computer, tablet, or smartphone that can handle web chat and social media platforms. Being self-directed and comfortable working independently matters here. Following established procedures and instructions accurately is non-negotiable. You should be available for at least 5 hours weekly and have dependable internet access.

Hours per week: 5 to 40 hours weekly
