Remote Email Chat Support – Entry Level, Hiring Now, $25-$35/hr

Email and Chat Support Executives are needed to respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels. Your day-to-day work will focus on replying to customer emails and participating in live chat sessions, where you'll troubleshoot issues and guide people toward the best solutions. You'll frequently walk customers through product features and functionality to help them get the most out of their purchase.

Success in this role requires excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate in a friendly, genuine way that puts customers at ease. You'll need to be comfortable navigating social media platforms and using them as a channel for customer interaction. Strong online communication across different formats is a core part of what you'll do.

Contract length: Open-ended, no fixed end date

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: A working smartphone, tablet, or computer capable of running chat and social media applications is required. You should be able to work independently and take initiative without regular check-ins. Attention to detail and the ability to follow established protocols and guidelines will be important to your success. You must be able to commit at least 5 hours per week, and you'll need a stable internet connection to perform the work.

Hours per week: 5 to 40 hours weekly
