Virtual Assistant (Entry Level) – Remote Position, Immediate Start, Training Provided

Seeking someone ready to jump into remote customer support work and build valuable communication skills? This opportunity lets you engage directly with customers through live chat in a collaborative virtual setting. You'll read and respond to customer messages, answer questions about products and services, address customer concerns, and share promotional information. Success in this role means having strong writing abilities, being detail-oriented, and demonstrating the independence to work without constant check-ins.

What you will be doing: Your main focus will be responding to customer inquiries via live chat on various business platforms and social media channels. You'll help customers by answering their questions, directing them to relevant product pages, and informing them about current promotions and offers.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: You'll need access to a computer, phone, or tablet capable of browsing websites and accessing social media messaging. The capacity to work independently and follow established procedures with precision is critical. A minimum of 5 hours per week availability is required. A reliable internet connection is essential for this position.

Hours per week: 5 - 40 hours a week

Location: Work remotely from anywhere with internet access, candidates in the United States are preferred.
