Remote Chat Support – Entry Level, Work From Home, No Experience Required

Looking for a new opportunity in customer service? We're seeking enthusiastic people to join our chat support team. You'll spend your time helping customers find solutions through live chat conversations on various websites and social channels. Everything is done remotely, giving you the freedom to work whenever works best for your schedule.

What you will be doing: Each day, you'll handle incoming customer messages through live chat platforms, answer their questions, suggest relevant products, and let them know about current deals. You're the first person customers reach out to when they need help, and you'll make sure they get quick, helpful responses.

Contract length: Flexible with no predetermined end date

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: You'll need a working laptop, phone, or tablet plus reliable internet access. Strong written English communication skills are essential for this position.

Skills/background needed: This is an ideal entry-level opportunity with full training provided. You don't need any previous customer service experience to succeed here. We welcome people who are just starting out in their careers.
