Every day in this role, you'll interact with people, respond to their concerns, and make sure they feel confident moving forward.
What you will be doing: Your primary responsibility will be responding to customer inquiries through live chat and email, resolving technical issues, and walking customers through solutions related to their business management tools. You'll focus on clear, straightforward answers that leave customers feeling informed and supported.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: You'll need access to a functional laptop, phone, or tablet, plus a reliable internet connection. Strong English writing ability is essential since most of your day will involve written communication with customers.
Skills/background needed: This position welcomes entry-level candidates, and you'll receive full training to get started. Previous chat support experience is not a prerequisite for applying.
Location: This is a fully remote opportunity available globally, though candidates based in the United States are preferred.
