We're looking for a Junior Customer Success Assistant who's eager to help customers and make a real difference in their experience. This position involves handling customer concerns, processing support requests via chat, and managing returns or service issues. You'll spend your days inputting order data, reviewing quality concerns, and keeping detailed records of customer interactions.
What you will be doing: As a live chat support specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out with questions or problems. Log in when you're ready to work, respond to incoming chat messages in real time, handle customer needs, and clock out at the end of your shift. Earnings are paid out daily, giving you quick access to your income and total flexibility over when you work.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: You'll need a reliable device like a computer, tablet, or smartphone to manage chat conversations and interact with customers on various platforms. You should be comfortable working independently and managing your time without constant direction from supervisors. A commitment to following procedures and maintaining quality standards is essential. You must be available for at least 5 hours each week and have a strong, consistent internet connection that won't drop during your shifts.
Hours per week: 5 - 40 hours a week
Location: Fully remote and available worldwide, though applicants located in the United States are preferred.
