Entry-Level Live Chat Support Agent – Work From Home, No Experience, Fully Remote, $25-$35/hr

As a live chat support agent, you'll be the main point of contact for customers who reach out with technical questions and issues. Throughout your day, you'll respond to incoming chat messages, log all interactions in our system, and leverage troubleshooting resources to resolve problems efficiently. Success means keeping customers satisfied by addressing their concerns thoroughly and getting them back on track fast.

You'll do best in this role if you're detail-oriented, can communicate clearly through writing, and have a basic grasp of technical topics. This position offers an excellent opportunity to launch a customer support career with a group of people focused on delivering quality service and solving issues quickly.

Rate: $35 per hour
