What you will be doing: You'll answer customer inquiries through live chat on the website, responding to questions about promotions, order issues, and other concerns. You'll have access to a resource guide with common answers and a supervisor available to help when questions fall outside the typical responses.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: You'll need a computer, tablet, or smartphone equipped to use web-based chat and social media tools. The ability to work without constant supervision and follow detailed guidelines is essential. You should have at least 20+ hours weekly available. A reliable internet connection is mandatory.
Hours per week: 20 - 40 hours a week
