Entry-Level Live Chat Representative – Fully Remote, No Experience Required, $25-$35/hr

Are you a natural communicator who enjoys helping people? We're actively recruiting Live Chat Representatives to join our remote team and assist customers through real-time messaging. Your day-to-day work will involve answering inquiries about wheels and tires, providing product information, and helping clients book service appointments via chat.

This position is entirely remote, meaning you'll work from anywhere with an internet connection. You'll communicate with customers across our website and social media channels using messaging platforms like Facebook Messenger. Don't worry if you've never done chat support before, because we offer thorough training to help you succeed from day one.

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: You'll need a reliable device such as a laptop, phone, or tablet and a dependable internet connection. Strong written communication skills in English are important for this role.

Skills/background needed: This is a beginner-friendly position where we bring you up to speed through training. No previous customer service or chat experience required to get started.

Location: Fully remote with global opportunities, though candidates based in the United States are preferred.
