Remote Live Chat Support Specialists – No Experience Needed, Flexible Hours

We're looking for Live Chat Support Specialists to provide outstanding customer service and technical help to clients. You'll respond to customer questions via chat and email, working to solve problems efficiently while keeping thorough documentation and following up appropriately on each conversation.

This position is completely remote, allowing you to work from anywhere across the United States. Your typical day involves chatting with customers through online platforms like Facebook Messenger and live website chat tools. Everything stays text-based and flexible, with no office visits or phone requirements needed.

Day-to-day tasks include responding quickly to chat messages, addressing customer questions, sharing product information links, and letting customers know about current deals and promotions to help drive sales.

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: You'll need a functioning laptop, phone, or tablet along with reliable internet access. Clear written English skills are important for communicating effectively with customers.

Skills/background needed: This is a beginner-friendly role that comes with thorough training on the job. Prior customer service or chat support experience is not necessary to apply.
