Remote Chat Support Clerk – No Experience Needed, Flexible Work-From-Home Role

Chat Support Clerks are needed to be the initial contact point for customers and members who have questions or need assistance. The core of this position involves reading through live chat and email inquiries, understanding what people need, and crafting thoughtful replies with accurate information delivered promptly.

Contract length: Indefinite with no predetermined conclusion date.

Rate: $30 per hour.

Skills/background needed: A device capable of running standard web browsers and connecting to chat applications is essential. You must be able to manage your work independently with minimal direction. Ability to follow comprehensive instructions with precision is important. A minimum of 10 hours per week commitment required. Reliable, high-speed internet connection is mandatory.

Hours per week: Between 10 and 40 hours available weekly.
