We need a customer service professional who can handle live chat conversations with customers. In this position, you'll be the friendly voice responding to inquiries, solving problems, and making sure customers feel heard. You'll work entirely from home, which means no phone calls, just text-based support through chat and email channels. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and communicating clearly in writing.

What you will be doing: Your main job is managing live chat conversations with customers visiting websites and reaching out through social media. Each day involves answering questions, sending product information, letting people know about current deals, and handling concerns professionally. You'll troubleshoot issues, offer solutions, and escalate problems when necessary.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: You'll need a reliable device like a computer, phone, or tablet with a strong internet connection. Comfort navigating chat platforms and social media is important. This role requires self-motivation, the ability to follow instructions carefully, and responsibility for managing your own time. Budget 7 hours each day for this work, and ensure your internet connection is stable enough for continuous communication.
