Part Time Remote Chat Support – No Calling, No Experience Needed, Hiring Now

Part-time Chat Support Representatives are needed to deliver customer service through live chat channels. No background experience required, as full training will be provided to all new hires. The position offers $25 per hour for qualified applicants.

Your primary responsibility will be responding to customer inquiries via live chat, fielding questions related to products and services. A comprehensive knowledge base containing common questions and answers will be available to support your responses and ensure consistent service quality.

What you will be doing: As a live chat support specialist, you'll manage customer conversations directly from your device. Begin each shift by logging in, address customer messages as they come in, and clock out when your scheduled hours end. You have the freedom to create your own work schedule, with compensation paid on a daily basis.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: A smartphone, tablet, or laptop with stable internet access is essential for this role. Independent work capability and the ability to follow instructions carefully are important qualities. You must have at least 5 hours weekly available and be able to navigate both social media and website-based chat systems.

Hours per week: 5 to 40 hours per week

Location: Work remotely from anywhere with an internet connection. United States-based candidates are preferred.
