What you will be doing: You'll handle incoming customer messages via chat, provide accurate answers to their questions, share product information and links when relevant, and keep customers informed about promotions and deals. Your main responsibility will be giving customers quick, helpful responses through our website chat platform and social media messaging tools.

Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: You'll need a reliable device like a smartphone, computer, or tablet to access chat systems. Self-motivated work style with minimal need for supervision. Ability to read and follow detailed written instructions and guidelines. Minimum availability of 5+ hours each week. Dependable high-speed internet connection is essential.
Hours per week: 5 to 40 hours weekly
Location: Fully remote, anywhere you prefer, with preference for United States based applicants.
