Multiple openings are available for chat support specialists throughout the United States. This position focuses on responding to customer messages and delivering support via live chat platforms. What you will be doing: You'll participate in an onboarding program that covers platform basics and standard procedures. Daily responsibilities include accessing chat systems to answer customer questions across technical matters and sales-related topics. You'll have access to comprehensive resource materials that address common questions, plus support whenever you need guidance.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: A working device capable of chat and web functions, whether that's a smartphone, tablet, or computer. Ability to work autonomously with limited oversight. Capability to maintain accuracy while adhering to established guidelines. At least 10 hours per week of available time. A consistent and reliable internet connection is essential.
