Your role centers on handling customer messages across Facebook and similar platforms. You'll spend your days answering questions about products, providing details on items available for purchase, and responding to shopping inquiries as they come in. Since all communication happens through text, being able to write clearly and professionally is critical to success.
You'll receive thorough training and ongoing guidance to ensure you're equipped to provide top-notch customer service from your first day. All tasks are completed remotely using standard messaging tools like Facebook Messenger. The flexibility to work from any location with internet access makes this ideal for remote workers.
Your main focus will be on getting back to customers quickly and helpfully. This means handling their questions or concerns, sharing product links when useful, and letting them know about special deals and offers they might be interested in.
Rate: $35 per hour
