Phone-Free Remote Chat Support Specialist – Entry Level, Work From Anywhere

You'll provide customer assistance entirely through text, using website chat platforms and Facebook Messenger from the comfort of your home. No voice calls involved, ever.

What you will be doing: Your typical day includes responding to customer messages across multiple digital channels. You'll address customer questions, provide relevant product information through links, and inform customers about current offers and deals available to them.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: A reliable smartphone, tablet, or computer capable of running chat applications and social media platforms is required. You should be self-directed and capable of managing your time independently. Careful attention to instructions and consistency in following established processes is important. A minimum commitment of 5 hours weekly is necessary. You need stable, consistent internet connectivity.

Hours per week: 5 - 40 hours a week
