100% Remote Chat Support Specialist – No Experience Needed, Flexible Hours

Seeking someone to provide customer support via live chat in a completely remote setting. This position offers the freedom to work from anywhere while helping customers find answers to their questions. You'll be the friendly voice helping people navigate their concerns and discover solutions through real-time chat conversations.

What you will be doing: Your day-to-day work will involve reading and responding to customer messages, offering helpful guidance, sharing useful resources and links, and informing customers about current deals and promotions. You'll focus on giving quick, thoughtful responses that leave customers satisfied and their issues resolved.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: A smartphone, tablet, or computer paired with dependable internet is required to get started. The ability to manage your own workflow independently and maintain careful attention to detail while following procedures are both important. You'll need to commit to at least 5+ hours of availability each week. A solid, consistent internet connection is absolutely essential.

Hours per week: 5 - 40 hours a week

Location: 100% remote, United States preferred.
