Remote Chat Agent – Work From Home, Entry Level, $25-$35/hr, No Calling

In this role, you'll be the point person for customer interactions through live chat, handling inquiries across multiple digital channels. Your day involves answering questions about products, guiding customers toward the right purchase, and working through concerns that come up during their shopping experience.

You'll also be responsible for identifying when a customer issue needs to be passed along to a specialist team. Excelling here means having sharp writing skills, the ability to juggle several chats at once, and staying organized under a bit of pressure.

What you'll be doing daily: You'll spend your time responding to incoming chat messages from customers on various online platforms. This includes fielding product inquiries, sharing helpful resources, highlighting promotions, and keeping customers informed about what's currently available.

Rate: $25 to $35 per hour
