Entry-Level Remote Live Chat Support – Beginner Friendly, No Experience Needed

We're looking for a Customer Support Chat Agent to help handle customer conversations and inquiries. In this position, you'll communicate with customers through live chat, email, and messaging platforms while building meaningful connections and ensuring they feel heard and supported.

Your typical workday involves answering customer questions as they come in and occasionally reaching out to clients to check in on their satisfaction. You'll need solid written communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a genuine desire to help people solve their problems.

What you will be doing: Your main focus will be responding to live chat messages where you'll address common questions about product costs, shipping and returns, current deals, and similar topics. No prior experience required, as comprehensive onboarding will prepare you to handle conversations confidently within a single day.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $30 an hour

Skills/background needed: A working device like a computer, tablet, or phone to use chat software and access necessary websites. Ability to manage your time and work independently. Willingness to follow procedures and instructions precisely. Minimum 10 hours per week that you can commit to. Fast and dependable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 - 40 hours a week

Location: Work from anywhere online, United States preferred.
