Chat Support Representatives serve as the frontline for customer inquiries, handling conversations through live chat, email, and messaging platforms. In this role, you'll respond thoughtfully to customer questions, troubleshoot problems, and guide potential clients through their purchasing decisions. Written communication is key, and you'll receive full training to ensure success. Start as soon as you're ready, and enjoy the freedom to set your own schedule with just a 10-hour weekly minimum.
What you will be doing: You'll field customer messages across multiple platforms, working through various chat channels and social media. Your day-to-day includes resolving technical issues for existing customers and answering product inquiries from those considering a purchase.

Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: A reliable device for accessing messaging and chat platforms, such as a computer, tablet, or phone. Comfort working independently with minimal direct oversight. Attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions precisely. Minimum 10 hours per week available. Fast, reliable internet access required.
