Remote Chat Assistant – No Experience Required, Work From Home, Entry Level

We're looking for a chat support specialist to handle live customer conversations across multiple websites. You'll be the friendly face behind the screen, responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving concerns in real-time. Your main focus will be creating positive customer experiences that keep people coming back. You'll handle a variety of situations, from answering questions to addressing feedback, while maintaining professional standards when dealing with sensitive issues.

Contract length: Ongoing, flexible arrangement

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Access to a reliable device for internet-based chat work (smartphone, tablet, or computer). Comfortable working without direct supervision. Strong ability to follow detailed guidelines and procedures. Minimum 20 hours per week availability. Stable, high-speed internet connection required.

Hours per week: 20 to 40 hours weekly
